Toho beads 11o – 2 colors (A and B)
Fireline thread 6lb

Step 1:
Pick up an alternating pattern of A and B beads, for a total of 10 beads. |
Tie the beads into a circle. |
Step 2:
Pick up 1 A bead, and skipping a bead, pass through the B bead. |
Once again, pick up 1 A bead, and, skipping a bead, pass through the next B bead. |
Repeat step 2 all the way around. |
… |
To step up so that you may begin a new row, pass through not only the B bead, but also the first A bead added in this row. |
This is what it should look like. |
Repeat step 2, this time adding B beads in this row. |
… |
… |
… |
Once again, step up by passing through the A bead, and also the first B bead added to this row. |
Repeat step 2 to add another row. |
… |
… |
… |
Don’t forget to step up at the end of a row! |
Repeat step 2 until you are satisfied with the length of your design. |
And you are finished! |
